Ramside Hall Hotel, Golf & Spa is embarking on an ambitious and high-profile expansion of our golf and leisure offering – and we are looking for an outstanding Golf Operations Manager to help bring it to life and lead day-to-day operations with excellence.

Opening Summer 2025, this £6 million development will be the first of its kind in the region, featuring:

• A 43-bay Toptracer™ driving range
• 6 lanes of ten-pin bowling
• A vibrant sports bar and clubhouse
• On-site retail outlet, golf academy, and function space

We are creating a destination that blends golf, entertainment, family leisure, and social dining – and we need a hands-on leader with the vision, experience, and operational skillset to match.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Golf Operations Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager and take full operational responsibility for the new golf and leisure complex. You’ll lead and coordinate a multi-department team, ensuring smooth daily operations across food & beverage, guest experience, driving range, bowling, and event delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee all aspects of the golf entertainment and leisure complex
• Lead a team of duty managers and frontline staff across multiple outlets
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience at every touchpoint
• Work closely with our Golf Director and Membership team
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of a new team
• Develop and uphold operational standards and procedures
• Drive commercial success through efficient service, staffing, and event delivery
