Description Ensure golf carts are charged, clean and fully stocked prior to closing Close down practice facilities (all ranges and short game) Load member golf bags when necessary in accordance with tee times Routinely pick practice ranges/short game area and clean/return balls to ranges Maintain cart barn to highest standards of cleanliness and organization Complete other duties, as necessary (trash, sand bottles, etc.) Staff bag drop during operating hours to greet and assist members/guests upon arrival Clean members’ clubs at completion of round Ability and willingness to learn members’ names and greet them Requirements Ideally, either play golf or have worked in golf previously Able to be on your feet for the duration of your shift Able to lift 30-40 lbs General knowledge of golf operations is ideal A service-oriented mindset; project a sense of being approachable and professional Comfortable engaging and interacting with members Ability to be self-aware Self-motivated with the ability to be proactive A dedication to helping maintain golf facilities Ability to provide great customer service and provide the best experience to members and guests Must have valid drivers license Benefits: Employee discount on clothing and food Flexible scheduling 2026 season starts as early as March Schedule: Closing Shift Monday - Sunday Holidays, when necessary Overtime available
