Description Golf Outside Service Sunset, SC Description Job Title: Golf Outside Service (Part-Time) Location: Sunset, SC Job Summary The Golf Outside Service team plays a vital role in ensuring an exceptional golf experience for members and guests. Responsibilities include managing bag drop, cart staging, range maintenance, and cart cleaning. This position requires excellent customer service, attention to detail, and teamwork. Essential Responsibilities • Cart & Range Preparation: • Set up the driving range each morning, ensuring bag stands, balls, towels, and club washers are ready. • Stage at least 25 clean, fully stocked carts before the first tee time. • Monitor cart availability and demand throughout the day. Member & Guest Assistance: • Greet members and guests, assist with clubs, and provide directions as needed. • Ensure golf bags are properly placed on carts per the tee sheet. • Clean and store clubs post-round. Cart & Equipment Maintenance: • Regularly clean golf carts, including floorboards, cup holders, and undercarriages. • Stock carts with fresh towels, scorecards, pencils, and sand bottles. Range Upkeep: • Maintain a clean and organized range area throughout the day. • Pick and clean range balls as needed, including retrieving balls from side banks. General Operations: • Maintain constant communication with the golf shop and team members. • Follow all procedures for bag storage, ensuring proper identification and organization. Requirements Requirements Qualifications & Competencies• Strong physical coordination and time management.• Ability to operate golf carts and range pickers.• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.• Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.Physical Requirements & Work Environment• Work is primarily outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and rain.• Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and walk 3-5 miles per day.• Requires bending, kneeling, and overhead reaching.Additional Information• No prior experience required.• No travel expected for this position.• Responsibilities may change as needed.Keowee River Club Golf, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
