Description Reports To: Outside Services Supervisor Directly Supervises: Does not supervise Classification: Part-Time / Non-Exempt Working Hours: Flexible Work Schedule Job Summary The Outside Services staff provides extraordinary guest services to golfers at the bag drop and are responsible for range management. To be successful in this position, you possess the following competencies: initiative, motivation, self-discipline, teamwork and great customer service Essential Job Requirements Be professional in attire, appearance and services to guests Open and close the outside operation on a timely basis Greet and assist guests as they as they arrive at the club establishing our “customer friendly” atmosphere. Provide impeccably clean and maintained golf carts to players Maintain an impeccably maintained facility throughout the day Services all practice facilities on a continuous basis Assist players as they depart from the club Work closely with golf staff on all club related activities Perform regular maintenance on the golf cart fleet. Comply with all Highlands policies and procedures Other duties as assigned Job Requirements High School Diploma or GED Must be available to work Sundays and Wednesdays Valid AZ Driver’s License Outstanding customer service skills Ability to lift 50lbs. Responsibilities

Provide high-quality guest services at the bag drop and manage the practice facilities. Responsible for maintaining the golf cart fleet and ensuring the facility remains impeccably clean.
