Description Beautiful Interlachen Country Club located in Winter Park, FL has full and part-time opportunities available for Golf Department Outside Staff at our newly renovated 18-hole championship course. We are seeking energetic candidates with a love of golf and customer service. We are anticipating the golf course reopening in March, 2026. SUMMARY: Our Outside Staff plays a vital role in the Golf Department through exceptional member service to ensure a memorable golf experience for members and guests. RESPONSIBILITIES: Set up, maintain, and close the driving range daily. Pull and put away bags for golfers. Get updated tee sheet for the day and prepare carts for the day’s golfers. Update tee sheet as needed. Clean clubs, balls, carts, and towels. Clean and straighten Cart Barn as needed. COMPENSATION: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience. MENTAL/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: May be required to operate golf-specific heavy equipment safely. Must be able to lift 50-65 pounds. Must be able to work in the heat and sun for prolonged periods of time. May be required to stand for long periods of time. Requires occasional bending, reaching, stretching.
