I seek ways to be extraordinary and deliver a positive impact every day.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: • Provide excellent service, and assistance to all members and guests. • Conduct oneself in a professional manner and maintain a professional image at all times. • Maintain a clean-shaven appearance at the start of each shift to uphold company grooming standards and ensure a professional presentation. • Be informed on and promote all club activities and services. • Resolve member complaints and be a Bluejack National ambassador at all times • Champion Bluejack customs, culture, and guidelines. • Set-up and break down of practice grounds including but not limited to, driving range, “The Playground”, short game areas, practice putting green, golf performance center “The Place”. • Picking range balls throughout the day and clean picking at night. • Coordinating with the Starter to send groups to the golf course. • Assisting with assigning caddies to groups. • Cleaning players clubs after each use and prior to leaving the range. • Filling coolers with bottled water and ice stationed throughout the practice area. • Clearing golf balls off putting green and chipping greens in-between player sessions. • Updating yardages to target greens as necessary when the hitting stations move. • Keeping outdoor furniture clean and presentable. • Removing trash and other debris from practice grounds as necessary. • Carrying a player’s bag to and from the cart when they arrive at the range. • Picking up broken tees and divots from the tier after each member session. • Additional duties as requested by Bluejack leadership. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES):  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Prior experience in high-end golf/country club or hospitality industry is a plus • Strong communication and correspondence skills with the ability to maintain sound working relationships and communications with members, management, staff, ownership, prospective buyers and vendors • Good organizational skills and the ability to work well independently, attention to quality and detail. • Enjoy working with Members, guests, and children. • Requires excellent oral and written communications skills. • Excellent human relations skills, with a talent for motivating staff and members • Good organizational skills with the ability to work independently as well as with a team. • Ability to function under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions. • High work ethic, with sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team. • Must be able to stay organized and work independently. EDUCATION: High School diploma, GED certificate, or relevant work experience.   APPROXIMATE SCHEDULE AND HOURS: Weekdays, weekends, and Holidays, schedule flexible as business dictates. Our property sits on 767 acres and features many indoor and outdoor facilities that make up the work environment. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand and move around for the entirety or majority of their shift. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is also regularly required to push, pull, bend, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
