Position Summary:
We’re seeking a dynamic individual to support both golf operations and pro shop management. The ideal candidate will assist with lessons, retail support, events, and daily operations while ensuring an outstanding guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
     *      Greet guests, manage check-ins, and process transactions efficiently.
     *      Organize and maintain the pro shop: inventory, merchandising, cleanliness, and displays.
     *      Assist in scheduling tee times, organizing leagues, clinics, tournaments, and outings.
     *      Assist in teaching lessons and junior camps under training and supervision of our Head Teaching             Professional. Potential for extra wages over and above your hourly wage.
     *      Support daily golf operations such as cart management, pace of play monitoring, and course preparation.
     *      Perform administrative duties: inventory tracking, POS operations, record-keeping, guest correspondence.
Qualifications:
     *      High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in golf management, business, or related field preferred.
     *      Experience in pro shop operations, retail, or golf instruction desired.
     *      Prefer PGA certification but looking for good team players who will execute their job responsibilities. 
     *      Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
     *      Ability to handle POS systems and basic clerical tasks experience with Tee On Golf Systems a benefit.
     *      Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
     *      Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
Compensation & Benefits:
     *      Hourly wage based on experience (e.g., $15–$20/hour) plus incentives for lessons, and event coordination.
     *      Uniform allowance, staff practice rounds, or reduced-rate play may be included.
