Job Details Job Location: Golf Course - Cocoa Beach, FL Education Level: Not Specified Salary Range: Undisclosed Job Shift: Any Description Part-Time position with a pay rate of $14.00 per hour. GENERAL STATEMENT OF JOB JOB TITLE: REC AIDE (RANGE) Operates range ball picker Picks up and washes balls as needed. Must be able to lift 30 – 40 pounds. Picks up and stores ball in dispenser overnight for next days use. Closes starter shed and cart barn at the end of the night. Cleans driving mats as needed. Fills divots on driving range tee. Assists golf pro or manager as needed. Assists cart person as needed. JOB TITLE: REC AIDE (RANGER) Meets and greets golfers. Rangers the golfers on the course. Sets up the driving range for that days use. Corrects problems on the course Maintains water coolers on course, must be able to lift a 5 gallon water cooler. Picks up trash on course and around clubhouse. Leads golfers out onto course during outings. Assists golf pro or manager as needed. Assists cart person. JOB TITLE: REC AIDE (STARTER) Meets and greets golfers. Operates tee time computer. Starts players on the various courses. Keeps correct flow on course. Answers the phone Assists golf pro or manager as needed. JOB TITLE: REC AIDE (CART ATTENDANT) MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 40 LBS Vacuuming compartments in front of carts and stocking with pencils, etc. Cleaning and washing all carts (including batteries). Park and plug in carts at night Sweeping carts and filling with sand in the staging area. Empty garbage cans as needed Fill sand barrels as needed Sweep cart barn weekly Clean bag room weekly Assist in other areas as needed

Responsibilities

The Golf Rec Aide operates the range ball picker, cleans driving mats, and assists the golf pro or manager as needed. Responsibilities also include greeting golfers, maintaining the course, and ensuring proper flow on the course.
