ROLE OVERVIEW

As the first point of contact for members and visitors, you will provide a warm welcome and deliver excellent customer service, ensuring every guest enjoys their visit.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome customers and handle general enquiries.
• Manage tee-sheet bookings (IntelligentGolf – training provided).
• Manage driving range bookings (Your Golf Booking – training provided).
• Administer competitions and organise buggy hire.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked retail shop.
• Process retail purchases and upsell products where appropriate.
