Position Title: Golf Shop Attendant
Reports To: General Manager
Position Summary: You will be expected to take part in facilitating the day-to-day functions and responsibilities pertaining to the following: Member relations, the check-in shed, golf starters, tournaments, lessons & camps, plus any other miscellaneous golf-related responsibilities while extending first class hospitality to all guests.

Responsibilities
  • Check-in shed operations, including but not limited to the check-in process, , inventory, and overall appearance & function
  • Provide exceptional guest services and ensure a positive experience for all guests and members
  • Oversee golf merchandise inventory & provide ordering needs to management
  • Oversee tee sheet, private tournaments, & in-house golf events/Glow Ball
  • Review all BEOs for private events and execute day-of golf operations
  • Conduct monthly course walk-through and provide list of conditions & improvements needed by hole
