This role manages merchandising strategy, including buying, displays, and seasonal product planning, and ensures accurate inventory control, pricing, and sales reporting. The Golf Shop Manager supervises and trains golf shop staff, coordinates special orders, member inquiries, and vendor relationships, and assists with tournament administration and event preparation as needed. Additionally, the Golf Shop Manager collaborates with the Head Golf Professional on budgeting, forecasting, and retail goals, while upholding club policies, service standards, and brand presentation. This position represents the club in a professional and approachable manner, fostering a welcoming environment for members and guests.
