Description Deliver individual and group golf instruction to members and guests of all skill levels, with a focus on enjoyment, improvement, and retention. Design, schedule, and conduct innovative player development programs, including clinics, short-game schools, on-course sessions, and coaching programs for men, women, and seniors. Utilize video and launch monitor technology to provide high-quality instruction and track student progress. Maintain an organized and professional teaching environment, ensuring the practice facility is always presented to club standards. Support the Golf Professional Staff with daily operations, member events, and tournament management when needed. Assist in mentoring Assistant Professionals and golf staff in instructional techniques, communication, and service excellence. Promote and grow the club’s instructional and coaching programs through active engagement, creative marketing, and relationship building with members. Participate in professional development, continuing education, and PGA initiatives to maintain and enhance teaching expertise. Requirements Education and/or Experience: Associate’s degree or one to two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. PGA Class A Member Proficiency with instructional technologies (TrackMan, Flightscope, V1, etc.). Strong short-game and full-swing teaching skills. Demonstrated ability to grow and sustain player development programs. High level of personal integrity, enthusiasm, and passion for teaching and the game of golf.
