We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Plant/Turf Technician to join our service team. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of commercial turf/Golf machines to the highest standards. If you take pride in your technical expertise and enjoy solving complex mechanical challenges, we want you on board.

Diagnose, service, and repair Commercial Turf/Golf machines and engines, transmissions, and related systems, Compact tractors, Commercial mowers and Woodchippers.
Conduct preventative maintenance inspections, carry out general, in-depth repairs and recommend necessary repairs.
Use diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot and calibrate systems.
Maintain accurate service records, job documentation, and parts usage.
Work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

Carry out on-site work when needed.

Proven experience as a diesel technician or light vehicle mechanic (2+ years preferred).
Strong knowledge of diesel engine systems, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
Familiarity with diagnostic tools.
Relevant technical certification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, ASE, Red Seal, or equivalent).
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
A valid driver’s license.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
