Established in 1976 and now employing over 300 people, we are the market leaders in agriculture, groundcare and homeowner products, holding the market leading John Deere franchise along with many other brands.
​The Golf & Turf machinery side of our business is growing rapidly and we are now one of the largest John Deere turf dealerships in Europe! Covering the central England region from Derbyshire down to West Sussex, our customers includes some of the most prestigious sporting venues in the UK.

As a continuously growing company, we are looking for an experienced and skilled Golf & Turf Technician with passion and drive to join our team at our Thame Head Office.
​John Deere is recognised as the leading manufacturer of agricultural and turf machinery, and their machinery today is adapting to the changing technological advances and packed with remote connected diagnostics and repairs! This job will allow you to enhance your technical abilities whilst working for a highly successful family-owned business.​

Day to day duties will include:​

• Carrying out diagnostics, servicing, repairs and maintenance work on Turf/Groundcare machinery. This will be both at our customers’ premises and within the workshop at the depot
• Ensuring job cards are written up promptly and accurately
• Following our health & safety regulations and policies at all times
• Taking part in technical training, both at Head Office and also at the John Deere training centre
• Mentoring apprentices and trainees

We can offer you all the training you need to transfer your skills to our product! This includes in-house technical training and also attending courses at John Deere’s training centre.
