WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As our Bar Manager, you’ll be the backbone of our bar’s daily operations and the visionary behind our seasonal cocktail menus. From managing inventory and vendor relationships to inspiring your team and crafting unforgettable guest experiences, this is your chance to make a real impact.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead day-to-day bar operations, ensuring smooth service and system efficiency.
Design and implement standout cocktail menus that are creative, balanced, and on-brand.
Manage all ordering and inventory of liquor, ingredients, and bar tools.
Cultivate strong vendor relationships and stay on top of industry trends.
Maintain high service standards and jump into action during peak hours.
Hire, train, and mentor a talented bar team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Oversee scheduling, performance reviews, and ongoing staff development.
Monitor costs, reduce waste, and uphold compliance with all safety and legal regulations.
Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to share insights and align strategy.
