Glen Waverley Bowls Club is looking for a Functions Coordinator & Supervisor to bring our functions to life! This is your chance to be the backbone of memorable events, from weddings, corporate gatherings and anything in between, in a vibrant community setting.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

✔ Manage and coordinate function bookings, ensuring everything is set up perfectly.
✔ Work with volunteers to staff events, from bar service to bowls coaching.
✔ Keep the club sparkling and welcoming—before, during, and after events.
✔ Be the go-to person for hosts, ensuring their events run without a hitch.
✔ Create a vibe and plenty of positive attention on Social Media platforms.

Job Type: Subcontract
Pay: $27.50 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 3 – 20 per week
