Description
Department Overview: The pool’s six 25-meter lanes make it great for lap swimming, and its zero-depth entry makes it accessible to everyone. When you’re out of the water, the pool’s shaded area and deck chairs offer a great place to lounge with friends and family, while enjoying a variety of delicious concessions available daily. Our pool has a salt-water generator, making the pool better for the environment and swimmers. This generator allows us to use salt, a natural element found in the earth, as a sanitizing agent instead of relying on large amounts of liquid chlorine. The Goodman Aquatic Center is now home to large solar panels, which help to heat the pool water.
