ABOUT THE ROLE

London City Bond Ltd is looking for a driven, hardworking individual to join our busy and high paced team.
Office Administrator to join the Goods In Department at our Bonded Warehouse Eton Park Site located in Burton on Trent.
Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 08.00am - 17.00pm - 1 hour unpaid break

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Entering data onto our bespoke Warehouse System
  • Looking after Goods In Department
  • Responding to emails and answering telephone calls
  • General office duties, filing, scanning, photocopying etc.
  • Liaising with the Warehouse Management team to ensure service levels are maintained
  • Supporting the warehouse management team with stock anomalies
