Woodland Group are recruiting a Goods-In Media Warehouse Operative for our site at Hayes, near Heathrow. The Goods-In Media Warehouse Operative will ensure the accurate, efficient, and timely booking-in of all incoming media freight, maintaining compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and industry regulations. This role plays a key part in ensuring media shipments are processed correctly to meet tight deadlines and high client expectations.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably with media freight or time-sensitive cargo.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and booking-in processes.
  • Good working knowledge of warehouse systems, booking platforms, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Forklift licence (desirable but not essential).
Responsibilities
  • Assist with unloading, palletising, and storing goods as required.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet trucks) in line with training and certification.
  • Contribute to maintaining warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and safety standards.
