Begleys is currently looking for self-motivated professionals who are seeking job experience and a breeding ground for growth. This person will work as a Goods In/Out Operative in our warehouse, a very fast paced and multilingual environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Secondary level education
• Knowledge of warehouse and procurement processes, policies and procedures
• MH Certificate
• PPT Certificate

• Ability to work on feet and carry objects weighing up to 20kg
• Attention to details: The ability to process detailed information effectively and consistently
• Dexterity: skill in performing tasks, especially with the hands.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensuring accurate unloading, checking and storing of all incoming goods.
• Ensuring accurate loading of trucks with outgoing orders and creating dockets for same.
• Organizing products on pallets for delivery.
• Organization and storage of pallets in the warehouse.
• Efficiently move stock within the warehouse to support operations.
• Count and organize stock and stock ensure correct rotation utilizing FIFO.
• Working in a multi-temperature environment.
• To keep the work area clean and tidy operating a clean as you go policy.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to keep yourself and your team safe.
• If a safety issue/risk is identified escalate to Team Lead or Shift Manager immediately

QUALITY AND HEALTH & SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Comply with quality systems and standards, procedures, SOPs to provide safe, legal and high-quality produce, and to meet our responsibilities to our clients
• To be aware of the risks that might be exposed to and comply with safe work practices and company procedures
