GOODS IN QUALITY CONTROLLER

Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Goods In Quality Controller to join our team and play a key role in ensuring quality standards are maintained on all incoming goods.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Maintain all documentation for the purpose of auditing
• Carry out product inspections to meet customer standard
• Encourage cleanliness on the part of the staff and ensure safe working conditions are in place
• Focus on compliance in order to make sure that products meet the required specifications
• Engage in internal audits in a professional manner
• Ensure measuring equipment is functioning properly and within calibration requirements
• Help to check and update quality control procedures and templates as required
• Proactive in ensuring the integrity of the food safety and food quality system are maintained
• Responsible for reporting and taking necessary action to prevent food safety and food quality problems from occurring
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the QC and warehouse departments.

• Inspect all incoming goods, raw materials, and components against quality specifications.
• Responsible for maintaining quality assurance processes.
• Record and report non-conformances or discrepancies found during inspection.
• Maintain accurate inspection records, logs, and reports.
• Label and quarantine non-conforming items appropriately.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse, production, and quality teams.
