The Titanic Hotel, Liverpool is all about the restoration of one of our city’s most historic and iconic buildings. As a World Heritage site it forms part of the Stanley Dock Village development overlooking the waters of Stanley Dock. The hotel is a hotel of unequalled proportion of size, service and style. The hotel has 153 bedrooms, The Rum Warehouse – our Events space with a capacity of 1500 guests, the Maya Blue Spa, Stanley’s Restaurant & Rum Bar.
The Titanic Hotel Liverpool is looking for a proactive and highly organised Goods Receiver to manage the receipt, inspection, and processing of all deliveries coming into the hotel. Based in our bustling loading bay and storerooms, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that all food, beverage, and operational supplies are delivered correctly, meet both legislative and our standards, and are distributed efficiently across departments.
As the first point of contact for all inbound goods, you will work closely with suppliers, chefs, housekeeping team, bar team and other department heads to support the smooth and timely operation of goods delivered into the hotel. Your responsibilities will include checking goods against purchase orders, identifying discrepancies or damages, updating inventory systems, and maintaining clean and compliant storage areas. You are also responsible for managing an effective stock rotation system.
This is a physically active and highly responsible role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, understands the importance of stock control, and takes pride in getting the details right every time.
You will be joining a professional and friendly team in one of Liverpool’s most iconic and atmospheric hotels, where character meets quality and service excellence.
