  • 2+ years managing Paid Google Ads campaigns

Responsibilities

1) Campaign Quality Assurance & Performance Oversight (Primary Focus):

  • Conduct regular QA reviews across Google Ad Grant (and Paid Ads—as needed) accounts to ensure adherence to best practices, Google policies, and campaign objectives.

  • Identify and document issues such as low performance, tracking errors, disapprovals, policy violations, or budget inefficiencies.
  • Troubleshoot and suggest actionable improvements related to campaign setup, keyword strategy, conversion tracking, and overall account health.
  • Support reporting needs by identifying discrepancies or areas of concern in Looker Studio dashboards and analytics tools.
  • Provide guidance on related Google products such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, focusing on tracking setup, conversion tracking, and technical support.
  • Manage a smaller portfolio of Google Ad Grants (and Paid Ads—as needed) accounts.⠀⠀⠀

2) Process Improvement & Professional Development:

  • Create, implement, and continuously improve internal systems and training resources in response to evolving needs, platform updates, or new technologies (e.g., AI, Google tools).
  • Ensure team-wide adoption of established processes while identifying and addressing gaps in workflows, tools, or execution.
  • Take initiative in self-directed learning to stay current with digital marketing trends and Google product updates, including mastering new campaign types (e.g., Performance Max) to define internal processes and support team adoption.

3) Junior Team Support and Coordination:

  • Provide guidance and training to junior team members on campaign strategies and management.
  • Support team growth by providing training and applying technical expertise to troubleshoot complex issues and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.

4) Client Meetings and Communication Coordination:

  • Coordinate, attend, and/or lead Google Ad Grant client meetings, providing updates on campaign performance and strategic recommendations.
  • Identify and assess client needs for additional marketing support or services, guiding them to appropriate resources.
  • Foster client success and satisfaction by equipping them with tailored insights, resources, and guidance aligned with their goals.

5) PWI Strategic Plan Initiatives:

  • Assist in the execution of various month-to-month tasks aligned with the company’s broader strategic objectives, in support of PWI’s long-term growth.
