About the Role: We are seeking a highly analytical, results-driven Google Ads Manager to plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, testing strategies, improving campaign performance, and helping clients achieve measurable business growth through paid advertising. Key Responsibilities: Create, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Remarketing Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis Develop campaign structures aligned with client goals and target audiences Write and optimize ad copy and creative assets Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and campaign elements Track and improve key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates Analyze campaign performance using Google Ads and Google Analytics Create reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations Collaborate with content, design, SEO, and marketing teams Stay up to date with Google Ads updates and digital marketing trends Requirements 3+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns Strong understanding of PPC advertising principles and best practices Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking Experience with keyword research and campaign optimization Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and reporting abilities Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously Highly organized with strong attention to detail English communication skills (C1/C2) U.S Based Experience (required) Preferred Qualifications: Google Ads Certifications Agency experience managing multiple client accounts Experience with Looker Studio (Google Data Studio) Familiarity with SEO and landing page optimization Experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other paid advertising platforms Systems/Tools: Google Ads Google Analytics Google Tag Manager Looker Studio Google Keyword Planner Meta Ads Manager (Preferred) LinkedIn Ads (Preferred) Compensation & Benefits: Compensation: $1,400 10 paid days off 3 sick days 6 U.S. holidays
