What you will do (tasks) Acquire new customers through inbound and outbound leads Manage and grow your own portfolio of advertisers Match client objectives with tailored advertising solutions Optimize campaigns and identify upselling opportunities Develop sales strategies to improve client ROI and market reach Conduct proactive outreach to companies within your portfolio Work toward individual and team sales targets What we are looking for Native/C1 German or Dutch proficiency Solid English skills (minimum B2 level) 1+ year experience in a sales environment BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills Passion for sales, technology and digital marketing Ability to work with diverse business models What's In It For You Hybrid role based in Barcelona (39h/week, Mon–Fri) Annual gross salary: €22,000- 25,000 and bonus incentives (project dependant) Permanent contract and relocation support 3-week onboarding and Google Ads sales training Continuous certifications and career development path Referral bonus program (up to €2,000) International environment with incentives and coaching
