Description:

The Global Watch Company (GWC) is one of Vancouver’s leading watch and jewelry retailers, specializing in Haute Horlogerie and rare luxury diamonds. GWC is proud to be the only retailer in Vancouver that owns and operates boutiques dedicated to the Rolex, Tudor, and Chopard brands—located in the heart of downtown Vancouver’s Luxury Zone.
GWC is currently seeking a Google Ads & SEO Specialist (Part-Time) to join our team. This key position will focus solely on managing and optimizing our Google Ads campaigns and improving SEO strategies to enhance the digital presence of multiple brands under the Global Watch Company umbrella.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max).
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and other tracking/optimization tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams.
  • Previous experience working with e-commerce brands is a plus.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Available two full days per week (preferably 2 days from Tuesday to Friday).
  • Effective communication and time management skills.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish, if applicable) is preferred but not required.
    Compensation:
    $30 - $36 per hour (Market competitive hourly rate based on experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Google Ads Management: Create, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max).
  • SEO Strategy: Implement and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve brand visibility.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for ROI (Return on Investment).
  • E-Commerce & Product Optimization: Ensure proper product setup in Google Shopping, optimize feeds, and improve conversion rates.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate performance reports and provide insights based on key metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPC, etc.) to enhance decision-making.
  • Technical Execution: Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with the web development team to implement technical improvements in SEO and campaign performance.
  • Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure Google strategies are aligned with overall marketing efforts for each brand.
