This is a remote position. Responsibilities Stay up to date on the digital landscape and establish best practices across channels, primarily Google Search, Video Ads, Display Ads, and E-Commerce Implement structure within the evolving digital landscape by developing scalable, repeatable processes to drive growth and results Build, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns on platforms including Google Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, and Google Display Network Conduct keyword research, expand keyword lists, and optimize keywords to improve campaign performance Write and optimize ad copy and landing pages to enhance user experience and conversion rates Manage and monitor campaign expenses, ensuring budgets are maintained Assist with tracking pixel implementation and support other technical aspects of paid search campaigns Collaborate with specialists, client success managers, and marketing teams to implement changes and improve strategies Provide quality assurance on ad accounts and completed tickets from specialists Demonstrate competencies in communication, results orientation, organizational skills, initiative, client focus, and technical capacity Requirements BS/MS degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field 1–2 years of proven experience in Google/search marketing Experience optimizing landing pages, lead forms, and user funnels Familiarity with A/B testing, multivariate experiments, and Google Tag (G4)/UTM management Solid knowledge of search tools and applications (e.g., SEMrush, Keyword Planner, Performance Planner) Working knowledge of ad serving and reporting tools (e.g., Google Data Studio) Google AdWords and GA4 certification Experience working with clients on Pixel placement, when necessary Experience setting up and optimizing Google Search and Display Ads Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in search marketing and measurement Bonus: Graphic design skills (e.g., Acrobat, Photoshop, Bridge, Sparknote, Canva) Independent Contractor Perks Permanent work-from-home setup Immediate hiring ZR_28756_JOB
