Inject Medispa is a leading aesthetics clinic in Dubai, known for its advanced treatments, exceptional patient care, and results-driven approach. We are seeking an experienced Google & Meta Ads Specialist to manage our paid advertising campaigns and drive high-quality leads for our clinic.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, preferably for the aesthetics, beauty, or medical industry.
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, GTM, Google Analytics, and Facebook Pixel.
  • Hands-on experience with lead generation campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data.
  • Creative mindset for ad copywriting and visual suggestions.
  • Knowledge of negative keyword strategies and funnel optimization.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, set up, and manage Google Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns to generate high-intent leads.
  • Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns, including audience targeting, creatives, and remarketing flows.
  • Continuously monitor, optimize, and scale campaigns to improve CPL (Cost Per Lead) and ROAS.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing of creatives and ad copy.
  • Set up and maintain conversion tracking for calls, WhatsApp clicks, and form submissions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure ad creatives align with brand guidelines and seasonal promotions.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to track lead quality and adjust targeting accordingly.
  • Manage retargeting campaigns to re-engage non-converting website visitors and past leads.
  • Provide weekly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Stay up to date with Google Ads & Meta Ads algorithm changes and industry best practices.
