We are currently hiring a Google Expert for a digital insurance company in KSA on a remote, 1-year contract (subject to extension), offering an exciting opportunity to lead high-impact performance marketing campaigns within a dynamic and data-driven environment. Main Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize Google Search, Performance Max, and Demand Gen campaigns. Conduct keyword research, match type selection, and implement a negative keyword strategy to maximize efficiency. Build and structure ad groups for effective audience targeting and conversion optimization. Optimize campaigns for conversion volume, CPA, and ROAS, using both automated and manual bidding strategies. Write and test ad copy variations, site link extensions, callouts, and structured snippets to improve engagement. Implement A/B testing on landing pages in collaboration with product and design teams. Set up, validate, and troubleshoot conversion tracking via GA4 and GTM to ensure accurate performance measurement. Analyze search term reports to identify scaling opportunities and reduce inefficient spend. Deliver weekly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations. Collaborate closely with the marketing and analytics teams to align digital campaigns with business goals. Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (required). Google Ads Search Certification (mandatory). Experience & Knowledge 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube. Strong knowledge of Quality Score optimization, Smart Bidding models (tCPA, tROAS), and campaign automation. Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Looker Studio. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make ROI-driven decisions. Experience with Microsoft/Bing Ads or Apple Search Ads is a plus. Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced work environment.
