Job Description Experience - 4+ Year Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 4+ years of proven experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads). The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, creativity for ad copy and creatives, and hands-on experience in achieving high ROI through data-driven strategies. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram, Audience Network). Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to maximize campaign performance. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate) and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights. Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and ensure campaigns remain within the allocated spend. Collaborate with the creative/content team to develop engaging ad copies, creatives, and landing pages that align with campaign objectives. Stay updated with the latest Google & Meta ad policies, trends, and algorithm changes to keep campaigns competitive. Implement conversion tracking, remarketing, and retargeting strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention. Optimize campaigns across the full funnel — from awareness to conversion — ensuring alignment with business goals. Requirements: 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns. Strong knowledge of PPC, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and performance marketing strategies. Experience in running lead generation & e-commerce campaigns. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and Ads Manager. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification will be an added advantage.
