REQUIREMENTS:

  • Advanced skills in Excel, including VBA macros and formula-heavy spreadsheets.
  • Strong expertise in Google Workspace apps, especially Google Sheets, Docs, Forms, Drive.
  • Professional experience developing in Google Apps Script.
  • Proven experience automating business workflows, reports, and data processes.
  • Ability to interpret existing business logic and replicate it in a new environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on automation and efficiency.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with both technical and non-technical users.
  • Experience with enterprise migrations from Microsoft to Google Workspace is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze existing Excel spreadsheets (including VBA/macros) and propose equivalent Google Sheets solutions.
  • Design and implement automation scripts using Google Apps Script.
  • Build dynamic dashboards and reporting tools using Google Sheets and connected Google Workspace apps.
  • Migrate data and business logic from Excel to Google Sheets ensuring accuracy and performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, demonstrate prototypes, and deliver high-quality automated solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance on best practices for Google Workspace adoption and automation.
  • Document solutions, workflows, and maintain scripts for long-term sustainability
