Serve as a subject matter expert on Google Workspace (GWS) accounts, permissions, access control, and application usage across the client environment.
Partner with the UK-based Banking migration team to address GWS-related queries and provide technical solutions aligned with organizational needs.
Collaborate with the Microsoft 365 (M365) migration team to ensure a smooth and secure transition from GWS to M365.
Analyze and document the existing email infrastructure and GWS app utilization to inform migration planning and tool selection.
Engage with end-users to understand usage patterns (internal, external, or hybrid) and provide tailored guidance during the migration process.
Ensure all migration activities comply with Banking’s security, compliance, and data governance policies. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to manage user communication, training, and migration-related notifications.
Recommend appropriate migration tools, methodologies, and best practices to support an efficient and low-risk transition. Support the decommissioning of the legacy GWS environment after successful migration and data validation.
