    As a Google Workspace Specialist, you will work within the Google Workspace Service Delivery team to help our customers with their support needs. You will be responsible for becoming a trusted advisor for all things Google Workspace for our customer base. In this role, you will leverage your deep understanding of Google Workspace to drive successful customer outcomes.
    You will be involved in customer projects both technical and change management focused and will help to perform migrations to Google Workspace. You will provide onboarding, training and best practice guidance on how to use the tools at their disposal, accommodating different levels of customers’ technical expertise. In order to assure their satisfaction you will resolve arising technical issues, either by yourself or in cooperation with our team of experts. You will be working with many varied customers from scale ups, retail, technology, gaming and entertainment, to the public sector. Regular customer touchpoints will allow you to maintain a solid overview on the customer status and identify possible business development opportunities.

Responsibilities :

  • Execute the technical aspects of Google Workspace implementation projects, including migrations, integrations, and custom configurations.
  • Provide technical troubleshooting and problem resolution for complex Google Workspace issues.
  • Analyze customer environments to recommend and implement optimal Google Workspace configurations and best practices.
  • Provide onboarding and training to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay abreast of the latest Google Workspace features, updates, and technical advancements.
  • Identify opportunities for technical improvements and strategic evolution within customer Google Workspace environments.
  • Good knowledge of Google Workspace solutions, preferably confirmed by certification.
  • Experience with managing Microsoft 365 and similar solutions is a big bonus!
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills befitting a customer-facing role.
  • Ability to provide high-quality customer onboarding and training.
  • Ability to communicate and explain complex technical concepts to varied audiences.
  • Previous experience with IT network or systems administration.
  • Previous experience in support and/or service desk role.
  • Fluent English is required; proficiency in one of the Scandinavian languages is preferred.
