Permanent/Continuing, full time appointment Level 6/7: $94,998 - $117,633 plus 17% superannuation About the Role The University of Wollongong (UOW) is seeking an experienced and highly organised Governance and Operations Coordinator to support the Executive Director and leadership team within the Academic Services Division. This role provides essential governance, compliance and operational coordination to ensure the Division functions efficiently and in alignment with institutional requirements. In this position, you will manage a range of governance activities preparing high‑quality internal communications, reports and executive correspondence. You will oversee compliance reporting and documentation, support the development and review of internal policies and procedures, and contribute to risk management and planning activities. You will supervise the Executive Assistant/Administrative Officer and manage the day‑to‑day operations of the leadership office, ensuring the Executive Director receives timely and effective support. Collaboration is central to the role, and you will work closely with stakeholders across the University to align divisional initiatives and maintain strong working relationships. About You To succeed, you will bring relevant qualifications and experience in governance, compliance or business operations, along with strong organisational, communication and stakeholder engagement skills. You will be confident interpreting policy, managing competing priorities and producing accurate documentation.
