What you’ll do Support Boards and committees to plan, prepare and run effective meetings Create clear agendas, papers, minutes and action trackers for decisions Build strong relationships with executives and senior stakeholders across the business Keep governance policies and processes up to date Maintain registers and support audits, returns and regulatory compliance Why join us You’ll work right across the organisation, giving you visibility, influence and variety every day. You have Strong knowledge and understanding of governance, risk or compliance Experience supporting boards or senior meetings professionally and effectively Excellent writing skills to produce clear minutes and reports Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities confidently Confidence to build relationships and challenge constructively Stronger together We do our best work when we’re ourselves.
