ABOUT THE ROLE
The University Governance team at Imperial College London, which is part of Division of University Secretary, is looking for a highly organised Events Co-Ordinator to support the delivery of a varied portfolio of high quality and reputationally important events.
These range from formal dinners hosted by the Chair of Council, Honours Dinners, and breakfast seminars aimed at external audiences, to providing logistical and practical support for key governance functions such as Council and other formal meetings. As part of the Governance team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the delivery of these functions, ensuring every detail is in place to create a professional and welcoming experience for all attendees. As a key point of contact on the day, you will play a visible role in representing the team and ensuring the smooth running of each occasion.
