This potential role will be critical in overseeing the scheduling, documentation, and management of the IRBs, governance training, and SharePoint repository to include development and maintenance of workflows required for FPAC governance support. Join us and be part of our mission to make a difference!   SOME RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: * Develops agendas, maintains the agenda backlog, drafts meeting minutes, tracks action item, and prepares other technical documentation. * Maintains Charters, Policies, Processes, Procedures, and Templates. * Facilitates Out-of-Cycle votes and coordination of budget reviews. * Supports business units in defining, compiling, and submitting IT budget requests. * Attends IRB meetings and tracks approved, denied, and on hold IT spend-items. * Reviews MS Excel reports from budgeting groups and compares multiple iterations of Spend Plan reports. * Maintains KPI reports.   MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * Minimum 5 years of experience supporting federal governance boards,  * In depth knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and IT Governance-related disciplines. * Expertise with MS Office, governance documentation, and SharePoint administration. * Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to adapt communication style to effectively work with multiple levels within an organization * Experience preparing high visibility, executive level presentation materials * Candidates must be U.S. Citizens. This is a Full-Time, Salary, Exempt position. The following salary range is what we reasonably expect to pay but is contingent and subject to a variety of factors, including but not limited to years of experience, education, certification(s), training, specialized skills, responsibilities, etc.    Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000   Bonuses: Greentree has an employee referral bonus, as well as employee bonuses based on employee contributions and Greentree’s yearly performance.   Location: The Greentree Group’s hiring practices are subject to state-specific business, tax, and employment law considerations. Responsibilities
Oversee the scheduling, documentation, and management of Investment Review Boards and governance training. Maintain charters, policies, and SharePoint repositories while supporting business units with IT budget requests and KPI reporting.
