The post holder will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to both officers and Councillors on a diverse range of governance matters, focused around the Council’s response to and learning from corporate complaints. You will provide operational support to the Principal Complaints Officer; deliver insight on procedural matters; and on improving outcomes for residents through learning when things go wrong. You will work closely with the Governance Legal Team handling complex issues relating to corporate complaints; and with the complaints teams focussed on housing and social care matters to help the Council gain a holistic insight.
