JOB DESCRIPTION

Join J.P. Morgan’s Commercial & Investment Bank, a global leader in banking, markets, and investor services. You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, transparent, and timely reports that support strategic decision-making and regulatory compliance.
As a Reporting Governance Manager within the Outsourcing, Operations, and Technology (OOT) team, you will prepare and deliver comprehensive governance reports for key stakeholders. Your work will ensure the accuracy and quality of reporting materials, aligning with regulatory and internal standards, and support the development and enhancement of reporting processes.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS

  • Understanding of the Financial Services industry and governance frameworks
  • Experience in Financial Services, with expertise in governance reporting or related areas
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight timelines, demonstrating accountability and ownership
  • Experience in managing reporting processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS

  • Experience in facilitating formal governance processes
  • Knowledge of Markets, Securities Services, Payments, and Private Bank products would be beneficial
  • Project Management Knowledge
  • Skills in Business Analysis and/or Data Analysis

  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive governance reports for the JPMorgan SE Management Board, Supervisory Board, auditors, and regulators such as the ECB
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of reporting materials, aligning with internal and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Operations, Outsourcing and Technology to gather and analyze data for reporting purposes
  • Support the development and enhancement of reporting processes, including the use of digital tools for visualization and automation
  • Assist in the preparation of materials for stakeholder engagements, ensuring effective communication and transparency
  • Maintain a strong understanding of governance frameworks and regulatory requirements related to Operations, Outsourcing, and Technology to ensure compliance
