Corporate Governance is a central function under the H&M Group CFO, supporting all brands, functions and regions within the Group. As Governance Specialist GRC, you will be reporting to the Head of Corporate Governance. You will be working with Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) topics within the team, with a primary focus on Internal Control across the H&M Group As an expert you will be supporting the organization in various internal control matters You will work on continuously improving the Internal Control Framework, training the organization, executing the yearly cycle, managing KPIs, and following up on performance and testing control efficiency. Your work will also include supporting and advising on the design, implementation and monitoring of controls, while ensuring accurate documentation You will be working in our GRC tool with implemented processes Part of your work will be to prepare and report to the executive management When needed, you will also act as a project manager for cross-functional projects within your area of responsibility As the Corporate Governance team work seamlessly across all areas of responsibility, you will be given the opportunity to contribute to all areas of responsibility, yet with main responsibility on internal control. Qualifications As a person you are self-driven, self-motivated and used to setting goals and as well as delivering on goals set by others. You’ll also have: Master’s degree in economics, law or equivalent Minimum 5 years of experience from an audit firm or in-house Internal control department working with ICFR and IT general controls. Experience from working with the implementation of internal control over sustainability reporting is meriting. Experience of both operational and strategic risk management and internal control work Experience from Project management and engaging with a diverse set of stakeholders Verbal and written fluency in English, Swedish is meriting. Practical experience with GRC tooling and other relevant technical solutions such as Office 365 Analytical, conceptual and critical-thinking capability, ability to identify key issues and develop relevant solutions in a structured and organized way Strong facilitation, communication and presentation skills; able to articulate on processes, findings and recommendation in a simple and pragmatic way Strong ability to work and drive projects individually with a focus on teamwork WHO WE ARE H&M Group is a global company of strong fashion brands and ventures.
