Job Description:
Are you ready to make a significant impact in the world of governance and change management? AXA is seeking a dynamic and experienced Governance Transformation Consultant on a 9 month fixed term contract to support the redesign of our governance frameworks at an enterprise level. This role is pivotal in driving strategic alignment and ensuring effective execution across our organisation.
As a Governance Transformation Consultant, you will play a crucial role in reimagining our governance processes, strategic budgeting cycles, and delivery assurance frameworks. You’ll collaborate with senior management and various stakeholders to ensure our governance and change initiatives meet the needs of AXA Group, delivering clear value and confidence in execution. This position involves designing, testing, and rolling out innovative frameworks that align with our new ways of working, including Guilds and Tribes methodologies.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
