Key Responsibilities• Support the children's academic, emotional, behavioral and social development.• Assist with homework, reading, school assignments and educational activities.• Plan engaging, appropriate learning and enrichment activities.• Build strong foundations in reading, communication, numeracy, critical thinking and general knowledge.• Encourage curiosity, creativity, confidence and a positive attitude towards learning.• Help develop independence, responsibility and emotional intelligence.• Establish appropriate routines, boundaries and positive behavioral expectations.• Guide the children in manners, etiquette, communication and social behavior.• Monitor educational and developmental progress and identify areas where additional support may be beneficial.• Liaise with parents, teachers, tutors and educational professionals when required.• Coordinate extracurricular activities, educational programs and enrichment opportunities.• Organize educational outings, cultural activities, reading sessions, games and stimulating activities.• Encourage healthy habits and appropriate use of technology and screen time.• Accompany the children to activities and appointments when required.• Travel domestically and internationally with the family and maintain routines and educational activities during travel.• Work professionally with nannies, drivers and other household staff.• Provide regular updates to the parents regarding the children's progress and activities.• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality, discretion and professionalism.
