Description
Role Purpose   Responsible for managing relationships and sales with government entities such as Defense, Interior, Education, Health and Housing.Their primary role is to oversee the sales process, maintain existing government accounts, and identify new business opportunities within the government sector.Job Accountabilities & Activities   - Perform sales activities on Government accounts (e.g. Defense, Interior, Education, Health, Housing) and negotiate sales price and discounts in consultation with immediate manager.- Implement account sales plans to ensure a substantial sales opportunity pipeline.- Present and explain sales target and the plan to all staff.- Achieve and Optimize annual sales and profit targets by product line as specified in annual budget.- Manage the sales offices and provision of logistical support for different sales offices within the districts.- Track performance and developments in the market and ensure that variances against performance targets are brought to the early attention of the appropriate executive manager or director so that corrective action is taken.- Act as the primary point of contact for government clients, addressing their inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.- Identify and understand the specific needs, requirements, and challenges of government agencies, and propose appropriate solutions to meet their objectives.  Education & Certifications   Engineering / Information Technology or a similar discipline from an accredited university. Required Years of Experience   4-5 Years of experince.
