Team Overview:
As the Government Affairs Manager, you will focus on both grassroots initiatives and high-level federal advocacy. Your main strategies will include managing labor relations, fostering partnerships with airports, and driving the expansion of DiDi Moto. Through these efforts, you’ll work to shape public policy and strengthen DiDi’s presence in key sectors.
Role Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing grassroots strategies to engage local communities, build public support, and create impactful campaigns that advocate for DiDi’s interests.
- Collaborating in the design and implementation of federal advocacy strategies, working closely with key stakeholders to shape policy and drive DiDi’s objectives.
- Managing your own team, providing leadership and guidance to ensure successful execution of strategies and initiatives while fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Role Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in government affairs, demonstrating a deep understanding of public policy, regulatory frameworks, and industry trends.
- Proven ability to think strategically in fast-paced environments, with experience in crisis management, navigating complex situations, and effectively engaging with diverse stakeholders to drive outcomes.
