OVERVIEW:

KAPS Solutions is seeking a Government Affairs Specialist to support outreach, engagement, and program alignment efforts for the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H). In this role, you will identify and track federal health programs and initiatives that align with ARPA-H’s mission, build strategic relationships across government agencies, and support cross-agency collaboration.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2–4 years of experience identifying federal funding/grant opportunities
  • 2–4 years of federal government experience or executive branch engagement
  • Experience conducting outreach with federal or corporate stakeholders
  • Strong research, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and similar tools

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2–3 years supporting or working within an ARPA environment
  • Familiarity with tracking tools and interagency coordination systems
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $120,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Research and identify USG-funded programs aligned with ARPA-H initiatives
  • Track interagency engagements and manage a government outreach dashboard
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with key agency points of contact
  • Conduct program “crosswalks” between ARPA-H and other agencies
  • Support engagement scheduling and prepare tailored outreach materials and presentations
  • Draft internal reports and updates related to stakeholder engagement
