Digital Investment Group (DIG) is seeking dynamic and motivated Government Contract Managers to join our team. We are looking for individuals who excel in securing government contracts, developing strong partnerships, and driving successful contract execution across various sectors. Our focus areas include construction, engineering, IT services, facilities support (including HVAC, janitorial, laundry, roofing, lawn care, tree services, semi-truck driving, and gas services), real estate, environmental services, healthcare, telecommunications, staffing, consulting, and more.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in securing government contracts, or relevant experience in sectors such as construction, engineering, IT, facilities management, real estate, environmental services, healthcare, telecommunication, logistics, sales, staffing, or consulting.
  • Strong negotiation, project management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Government Contracting: 1 year (Required)
  • Project Management: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Sales or Business Development: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Construction/Infrastructure: Experience in managing construction projects, understanding of regulatory compliance, and familiarity with cost management.
  • Engineering/Technical Services: Experience in engineering projects, technical oversight, and quality assurance in fields such as civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
  • IT/Technology Services: Experience in managing IT projects, including software development, cybersecurity, and systems integration.
  • Real Estate/Commercial Real Estate: Experience in real estate transactions, property management, or commercial leasing.
  • Facilities Support/Maintenance: Experience in facilities management, including HVAC, janitorial services, or maintenance operations.
  • Environmental Services: Experience in environmental assessments, sustainability initiatives, or regulatory compliance related to environmental projects.
  • Healthcare/Medical Services: Experience in healthcare management, understanding of regulatory requirements, and quality assurance in medical services.
  • Telecommunications: Experience in telecommunications infrastructure projects, including regulatory compliance and vendor management.
  • Staffing/Consulting: Experience in staffing services, consulting roles, or providing expert advice to clients across various sectors.
