Preference will be given to retired government officers who possess deep insider knowledge of procurement processes, compliance requirements, and agency operations.
This is a 1099 independent contractor position with flexible, remote work arrangements. You will play a critical role in identifying funding opportunities, preparing winning proposals, and guiding our organization through complex government contracting landscapes.

Responsibilities
  • Research and identify high-value grant and contract opportunities across federal, state, and local levels.

  • Oversee the full proposal lifecycle: RFP review, compliance checks, technical writing, cost proposal preparation, and submission.
  • Advise on strategic positioning to win set-aside and competitive contracts.

  • Provide expert insights on procurement regulations, FAR/DFARS compliance, and agency-specific protocols.
