Welch Ford Lincoln in Hardeeville, SC * Build strong relationships with local businesses, commercial and fleet clients * Strong consultation skills to understand clients needs & offer customizable vehicle solutions * Drive commercial vehicle sales to meet and exceed goals * Collaborate with service & fleet maintenance teams to provide full lifecycle client support * Stay up to date on new products, vehicle technology, and upfitting options * Manage a personal client portfolio with follow-up systems that create repeat and referral business * Represent the O.C. Welch Ford Lincoln, with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset * Conduct outbound sales calls and follow-up on leads to drive sales * Present proposals to municipalities, city government and business owners, when necessary * Strong negotiation skills and ability to close a sale and enhance customer satisfaction * Be able to work in a team environment   Qualifications * Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required * Previous B2B experience preferred * Proven track record in automotive, fleet, or commercial vehicle sales. * Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills * High level of self-motivation and goal orientated * Ability to manage your pipeline, prospect new business, and close deals * Product knowledge of commercial vehicles and upfits preferred, not necessary.
