Description Sames Auto Group is seeking a Fleet Logistics Coordinator to support fleet operations by coordinating vehicle readiness, scheduling, recordkeeping, and communication with drivers and internal teams. This role requires strong computer skills and the ability to work outdoors occasionally to stage, fuel, and wash vehicles prior to delivery scheduling. Responsibilities Coordinate vehicle staging and scheduling to support timely deliveries. Maintain accurate records using Excel, Word, and email. Communicate professionally via phone and email with drivers, customers, and internal departments. Work outdoors on occasion to gas/fuel, stage, and wash vehicles prior to delivery scheduling. On occasion, transport drivers to outlying entities/locations as needed. Track vehicle status, document activities, and report issues to management. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Qualifications Proficient computer skills (especially Excel, Word, and email). Excellent communication and phone skills. Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Organized, dependable, and able to multi-task. Ability to work outdoors periodically in varying weather conditions.
