CENTRAL STERILE SERVICES DEPARTMENT (CSSD) TECHNICIAN

Location: Queenstown
Salary: Up to $2,800 (depending on experience and qualifications)
Working Hours: 5-day work week (including weekends), 3 rotating shifts

✅ REQUIREMENTS

• Prior experience in healthcare or sterilisation work is an advantage
• Physically fit and comfortable lifting items up to 7–10kg
• Willing to work rotating shifts , including weekends and public holidays

As part of the Central Sterile Supplies Department , you will rotate across various stations including:

• Decontamination, inspection, assembly, wrapping, and sterilisation of surgical instruments and medical equipment
• Cleaning and washing of instruments
• Sterilising tools and surgical kits
• Sorting, assembling, packing, and labelling instruments according to checklists
• Maintaining accurate inventory of instruments and equipment
